Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where will the live session be? How can I access it?

    The live session will be on Zoom. Please register for the course and check the time and date. You can sign in from inside the course. A link will take you to the live session. Please check your computer and network and sign in a bit earlier.

  • How can I get the certificate?

    The certificate of attendance and completion is available when you complete the course. As a prerequisite you need to take the quiz, which is for your own personal assessment of your understanding of the key concepts.

  • What are the prerequisites? Do I need to be a constellation facilitator?

    There is no prerequisite. You do not have to be formally trained in systemic constellation.

  • What if I don't like it of if I cannot attend?

    If you do not like it we will give you a full refund. If you cannot attend the live session, you can also watch the replay video. Also, please check for future live sessions.

  • How long do I have access to the course? How often can I watch the videos?

    After registration for the paid course, you will have 100 days to access the material. You can watch the videos as of as you like.

  • What is the course language?

    The main language is English. The live session will be translated to Portuguese. Please select the audio channel of your choice during the live session. We will strive to make the replay video available in the translated language versions.
